CTM has cut its teeth in residential projects several times but none as big and fulfilling as the ongoing delivery of this luxury villa set in the hills of Venezuela, overlooking the local golf course and mountain range.

Project Overview

2000 sq. metres over 3 floors, the site is flanked by existing 3 storey villa’s. CTM’s objective was to create a private sanctuary, a home, an entertainment space for extended family and  a place to run a developing array of businesses for the owner.

Design

CTM was handed the project by the owner, a previous customer and advocate of Robin and the CTM Design team. We took on a lose idea from a local architect, supported by the customer’s in-house civil engineering and construction team. It took several visits to site in South America to understand the local available materials and take inspiration from the site and the unique light offered in the tropics. The owner wanted us to embrace his philosophy and personnel brand to inspire us to deliver a unique, yet recognisable portrayal of the customers vision.

Outcome

This project is ongoing, we have completed several milestones all to the customers expectations and satisfaction. With a planned completion Q1 of 2021 we are relishing the prospect of our design raising out of the hills of Venezuela.
